How do I create and manage tenders?
Tenders are created from assessments. You can find out how to create an assessment in this article: Creating a baseline assessment
Once you have one or more assessments on your project that are ready to be tendered you will:
- Update the rate build-up, bill of quantities and fixed costs on each assessment to Mark as complete
- From the project home page, you will then have the option to select the assessments to include in your tender and generate a tender bill and cover letter
- After populating the fields for the cover letter you can then generate the PDF cover letter document and Excel tender bill to issue to your client
- This will also enable options to Accept, Reject and Withdraw the tender once you receive a decision
- Once a tender has been marked as accepted, the onsite project hub area will be created for you to manage your procurement, labour applications and applications for payment
The video below covers how to complete these steps.
