Logging into Chalkstring

Chalkstring is accessed from a web browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari

1. Open your web browser and enter the URL https://my.chalkstring.com
2. If you haven't previously logged in you will be prompted to enter your login details
3. If this is the first time you are logging in, your username will be your email address and your password will be the one provided to you by our support team or your administrator. You will be prompted to set up a new password the first time you log in.
4. Once you have set your own password you will be prompted to log in with your email address and the password you selected.
5. Click the 'Login' button.

Logging out of Chalkstring

By default, once you have logged in Chalkstring will keep you logged in. If you work on a shared machine you will want to log out once you have finished using Chalkstring.
