      How to reset your password

      Resetting your password

      If you forget your password, you can reset it by by clicking 'reset password' on the login screen. 

      You will be asked to enter your login email. Click 'Request' password and you will be emailed a link to follow to reset your password.

      If you haven't received the email after a few minutes, check your junk or spam email folders.

      It is important to remember that every user is responsible for their own password security. We recommend you choose a password which is secure, but memorable, never write it down, and never share logins. Chalkstring tracks every action on every project against user login IDs, so sharing your login could mean you end up being held responsible for something you didn’t do.
