What is value engineering?
Value engineering is the process of making changes to the scope of your tenders, either to reduce the price being quoted to your client to secure the work, to maximise your own profit, or a combination of these. Value engineering can be done both pre or post-tender to help you reach a scope both you are your client are happy with.
