What is a post-tender review?

When assessments are first accepted onto site, your site team can undertake a post tender review. A post tender review covers the on-site project areas assessment overview, rate build, bill of quantities and fixed costs. These can be reviewed and updated to ensure the onsite project reflect the realities of the project now it is on-site and ready to be delivered.
