      We are delighted to be able to bring you this latest update to Chalkstring which has been driven by your feedback for feature requests.

      This release includes some new features and some improvements to the existing features.

      New features

      Clone products in the rate build up

      You now have the ability to clone products within the rate build up. This will create a duplicate of an existing product without needing to sync the product back to the product template database.

      Guesstimate dates and notes

      You now have the ability to  set  start and expiry dates for guesstimate prices, as well as add notes to a guesstimate.

      Improvements to existing features

      Add multiple products from the product template library simultaneously to the rate build up

      We have made improvements to the 'Add product' feature on the rate build up page. You can now add multiple products to your rate build up simultaneously.

      Upload multiple drawings to takeoff simultaneously

        We have made improvements to the upload feature in the takeoff section of Chalkstring. You can now upload multiple drawings simultaneously by simply dragging and dropping or multi selecting multiple files when uploading your drawings.

        Plus various minor changes and small bug fixes
