      Release summary

      This release focuses on features to help with tracking subcontractor progress and labour applications. This release introduces the new feature Subcontractor Progress Tracking (often called “Wallbook”), which enables you to assign subcontractors and dates directly on drawings, plus several improvements to labour application generation, navigation performance for big labour bills, and clearer takeoff outputs.

      Why these changes matter

      • Save time: Generate labour applications in minutes rather than hours.

      • Reduce disputes: A permanent, auditable record of who did what and when improves payment traceability and dispute resolution.

      • Less admin friction: Bulk generation, edits to draft applications, and write-off tools reduce manual workarounds.

      New features 

      Subcontractor Progress Tracking (also known as “Wallbook”) 

      You can now assign subcontractors and dates directly when marking progress on drawings. This creates a clear, permanent record of who completed which work and when.

      Key capabilities

      • Assign one or multiple subcontractors to progress entries.

      • Support for percentage splits across multiple subcontractors.

      • Traceability for payments, dispute resolution and accountability — especially useful for trades such as drylining and interior fit-out where “wallbooks” are common.

      Benefit: Save time checking claims, reduce disputes, and get better visibility of subcontractor progress.

      Streamlined Labour Applications

      Creating labour applications is faster and more reliable.

      • Labour quantities and costs automatically calculated from progress.

      • New Labour Progress Summary view to review all subcontractor work in one place.

      • Bulk generation — applications created grouped by subcontractor and week ending.

      • Draft applications can be edited before submission.

      • Write-off function to remove abandoned or disputed work from future claims.

      Benefit: Generate applications in minutes with fewer errors.

      Improvements 

      Enhanced Takeoff Tools

        Two small but useful improvements to make drawings and exports clearer.

        • Option to display total quantities in the takeoff legend.

        • New count size options (4m and 500m) to support utilities and larger projects.

        Benefit: Clearer, more flexible outputs for drawings and exports.
