      Takeoff - Copy products and measures between drawings

      Copying products and measures 

      You can copy products and measures between drawings. This is useful where you have repetitive work or similar drawings where the bulk of the products and measures are the same. Copying products and measures to a different drawing and then making any required changes can greatly speed up your takeoff process.

      How to copy products and measures

      • The copy function is accessed via the white '+' button in the top left from any takeoff drawing page.

      • Use the filters to locate the drawing you want to copy the products and measures from, click on it to highlight it and click 'Next'.

      • Select the products from the list you wish to copy to your drawing and click 'Next'.

      • You will see a list of the products which you have selected to be copied.  You can now choose to only copy the products or to include any measurements with the selected products by clicking the appropriate tick box. Click 'Add products' when you are ready to proceed.

      • Your selected products and measures, will be copied onto your takeoff drawing.
