What is the dashboard?
The dashboard provides a high-level overview of each project's performance. This can help to quickly identify which projects have emerging problems and require a more detailed
project level performance review.
Up to 8 projects can be selected at any one time and hovering your cursor over the pie charts will provide additional information, such as projected revenue, revenue to date, projected costs and costs to date
The margin tracker graph shows your projected margins against actual margins to easily see if you are reaching, exceeding or failing to reach your projected profit margin.
The data can also be exported to excel as required.
