How do I manage labour applications?

The labour section helps you to manage progress against the budgeted labour, as allowed for in all the works you are self delivering, or using labour only subcontractors to deliver.
As you will be potentially receiving lots of invoices and applications, to ensure you are not overpaying for labour on your project, all this information needs to be standardised, processed, cross checked against scope and progress, and either queried or approved for payment.
The labour bill presents you  with a searchable, filterable list of all the activities in your scope, with the allowed quantities of each per zone defined. Chalkstring will display what you have paid out previously against each activity in each zones, and what the current work in progress is.
Once your applications are input, Chalkstring will cross check them against your scope and progress, and flag anything where current applied costs exceed current budgeted progress. You then decide whether you edit the labour contractors claim, update your own base information, or approve as applied.
