What is the 'Project hub'?

When you have accepted one or more tenders on a project, you will see links to the 'Project hub'. The first screen within the project hub shows a summary of the financial position of the project.

It contains three main sections:

  • the package progress chart
  • project pie charts
  • commercial data tables

The video below explains each of these sections in more detail.

The data in the project hub is calculated and updated based on 'trigger events' within the system. These include updating progress, approving an invoice or approving labour claims.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: The figures don't seem to be up to date in my project hub

A: If you are concerned that the data has not been refreshed, go to the progress section and update the progress on a product, save it then go back and return it to the original value. This should then force an update to the project hub figures.

Q: The project hub screen is blank

A: Access to the project hub is controlled by permissions so if you can't see it but believe you should be able to please speak to your system administrator.
